How it works – Part 1
Simple referral process
We recognise the challenges that schools and commissioners face.
Unlike some AP providers that expect you to do the onboarding, we take care of the whole referral process for you with quick turnaround times and outstanding support for commissioners, parents and students.
- Referral: Schools and commissioners refer students directly to us via phone or our online form.
- Initial Contact: We call families to discuss the referral, the needs of the student and the nature of our service. We listen to parents when discussing their child and reassure them about the learning ahead.
- Acceptance: Referrals are processed swiftly and teachers are assigned to students. Teachers create bespoke lessons according to the school and the student’s need. Work is set on our secure Learning Platform.
- Induction: Families decide to have this in person at home or via phone. A qualified teacher guides the student through how to access their learning, message subject teachers and find feedback. Guidance is also given on e-safety awareness and tools to monitor and improve wellbeing.
- Learning Begins: Students access their bespoke lessons and start their journey.

Keyworker Training
We provide schools with tools to monitor student progress effectively.
Feedback and Communication
Our team regularly updates parents and schools on engagement.
Two-Week Check-In
A dedicated follow-up ensures students are settling in well and identifies any areas for improvement.
Flexible Provision
Lessons are continually adapted to suit the students’ needs and we can add additional subjects at any time upon request.
